Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

By law you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

2. Exception for hygiene products

Brush heads are a hygiene product. The right of withdrawal therefore only applies while the packaging is unopened and the seal intact — exactly as stated at checkout when you ordered. Once opened, the item can't be returned.

3. The subscription can always be cancelled

The right of withdrawal covers the starter kit purchase itself. The subscription for new brush heads, on the other hand, can always be paused or cancelled at any time from My pages — regardless of whether the withdrawal period has passed.

4. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Contact complaints@lucielle.se within 14 days and let us know you'd like to cancel the purchase. Please include your order number and purchase date.

Then send the item back, in unopened packaging, to the address below. You cover the return shipping cost yourself, unless you're returning it because it was faulty.

5. Refunds

We'll refund what you paid, including standard shipping if any, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you've sent it back.

6. Faulty or damaged goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, the complaint process applies instead of the right of withdrawal — in that case we cover the return shipping, and as a consumer you have at least two years to report a fault that existed at delivery. Contact complaints@lucielle.se with a photo and description of the fault.
